My professional and academic experieces have always been intertwined. In 1996 I graduated from AGH University
of Science and Technology and received a research scholarship at Bristol University (UK). Later, after
submitting a master thesis in 2000, I received a Master of Science degree there.
After coming back to Poland in 1997, I worked for Ericsson - initially as a Sales Engineer and later as a
Project Leader. Then at the end of 1998 I moved to ComArch in Krakow as a Key Account Manager, but soon promoted
to a Sales Manager.
After a few years I decided however to drop out of the corporation world and continue on my own. Since then
I have been involved in numerous software projects, including implementation, audit and project management.
Since 2004 I am responsible for R&D and maintenance of IMS/CMS Egypt's
data processing systems. Since 2008 I have been working with Securing
on security audits and development of tools and methods for security assessment.
I also love working at a University. Research and continuous 'exposure' to students and their ideas let me
remain open-minded and progress. I keep my research aligned with my professional work, I also give lectures on
related topics; i.e. "Project Management", "Data security" and "Internet technologies". In 2008 i received
a PhD in Computer Sciences.
